My story

Custom clothing is not just a business for me, it's a passion.

As a lifelong professional, who wore suits almost 5 days a week, and sometimes 7, always felt the need to have good fitting comfortable suits in my closet. However, I struggled with finding the suit that fits me well and make me look my best. Off the rack suits never fit me well. Cost of those suits and customization was expensive. But that was my most common go to. So, I needed a change.

I am a global person. I was born in Bahrain and grew up in Bangladesh. I grew up in a custom clothing culture. When I moved to London to finish my High School, I realized that custom clothing was not an easy and cheap route any more. When I moved to US for University, I found the case to be the same. I know there are many with me on that same boat. So, I decided to step up and do something about it. Thus, comes Bertrand Suit Company, a source for Made-To-Measure custom clothing company.

I got my passion for suits from my father. I wish to hand that passion over to my son. The name of the company has a special meaning to me. It's my son's name, which derived from my father's. While the passion for custom clothing may not be as much of a family tradition for many as me, but I wish to help start a great new tradition for many, while supporting other to maintain theirs.
